Our extensive edible garden provides seasonal
vegetables and herbs for use in the kitchen. Guests are
encouraged to wander in the garden and pick whatever is
available at that time be it peaches, plums, grapes or figs.
The many citrus trees supply us with lemons, limes grapefruit
and mandarins. All produce is grown without chemical sprays
and we use natural fertilizers such as seaweed and coffee
grounds.
Keith’s handmade artisan breads include ciabatta,
baguette and sourdough loaves and are served either toasted
for breakfast or just from the oven with homemade jams and
conserves.
In-house dining is available by arrangement
and we are able to cater to all dietary requirements and
preferences. Our large dining table can accommodate up to
12 so guest are able to invite family or friends from the
area.
Miranda’s extensive experience in the wine
industry ensures wines are perfectly matched to the food
and Antipodes bottled water is served at the table.
