RATES

Our tariff:

1.4.10 to 30.9.10 - $260 - $280 per room per night
1.10.10 to 31.3.11 - $300 - $330 per room per night
(Includes full cooked breakfast, pre dinner drinks and canapes)

Dinner is available at additional cost approx $80 per person.

• Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of credit card details.

• No deposit is taken but these details will confirm your reservation

• Check in 3pm - 6pm unless by prior arrangement

• Check out 11am unless by prior arrangement

• We would appreciate at least 8 hours notice if you are dining in-house

• Cancellation Policy:
  We adhere to a strict cancellation policy due to the nature of our business. 30 days out 30% penalty. 7 days or less 100%

• We will make every effort to re-book and if successful you will not incur charges

• We recommend Travel Insurance

• Our facilities are unsuitable for children under 12

• All prices are in NZ dollars and include GST of 12.5%

• We share our home with Olive and Minnie our cats and they do not allow visiting pets
• Smoking is permitted outdoors only
